Contact our Customer Service to get your number of Return Goods Authorization (RGA). This makes sure that both parties are aware that a return is on the way, and that credit is required to be issued. Depending on manufacturer's policies and the product, a re-stocking charge may be applicable at about 15-20%.
The package returns should be appropriately packaged, and record of tracking numbers should be kept. In case of warranty, insure the package as credit is issued only for returns that are actually received by us.
